* Add support for Emergency Access

* Cleanup & Bugfix

* Apply suggestions from code review

* Restrict emergency access invite to premium users

* Restrict editing existing emergency accesses to premium account.

* Handle changes in jslib

* Add some info messages for when you haven't been granted or invited emergency contacts
