Upgrade to the latest supported typescript version in Angular.
Resolved TS errors by:
- adding `: any` which is what the compiler previously implied and now warns about.
- adding `toJSON` to satisfy requirement.

- Updated multiple components and services to pass userId when fetching provider data.
- Adjusted the ProviderService interface to require userId for get, get$, and getAll methods.
- Ensured consistent handling of userId across various components, enhancing data retrieval based on active user context.

This PR migrates `libs/components` to use strict TypeScript.
- Remove `@ts-strict-ignore` from each file in `libs/components` and resolved any new compilation errors
- Converted ViewChild and ContentChild decorators to use the new signal-based queries using the [Angular signal queries migration](https://angular.dev/reference/migrations/signal-queries)
- Made view/content children `required` where appropriate, eliminating the need for additional null checking. This helped simplify the strict migration.
