This commit adds validation to check for falsey values in device 'id' and 'creationDate' fields in the device management component. This prevents potential issues when these string values are empty or otherwise evaluate to false.
Resolves PM-18757
The device management screen was incorrectly evaluating the truthiness of
DeviceView.type enum, causing "Invalid device data" errors when an Android
device (type = 0) was present. Changed the check to explicitly verify for
undefined values instead of truthy checks.

- Improved error handling with specific messages for missing data
Fixes PM-18757
This resolves an issue where the WebAuthn setup component's read key button would show a loading spinner indefinitely. The fix addresses problems with Signal handling for the bitButton component's disabled/loading states.
