* Add button to open credential histpry on web

* Add button to open credential history on desktop (#12101)

- Register route to open new CredentialGeneratorHistoryDialogComponent when FeatureFlag/GeneratorToolsModernization is enabled
- Add button to credential generator
- Add missing keys to en/messages.json
