* move decryptFromBytes, decryptToBytes, and encryptToBytes from CryptoService to EncryptService
* leave redirects in CryptoService
* combine encryptService decryptFromBytes and decryptToBytes methods
* move parsing logic into EncArrayBuffer
* add tests
