* move prompt logic to internal service and add day prompt

* rename dialog component

* remove feature flag hardcode and add documentation

Bitwarden Desktop Application

The Bitwarden desktop app is written using Electron and Angular. The application installs on Windows, macOS, and Linux distributions.
