* fix : modify comments and check for embedded credentials.

* feat : add testability to duo-redirect connector

* fix : fixing strict typing; Removed styling from duo-redirect.ts which allows us to test without adding additional files and configurations for jest.

* fix : remove duo-redirect.scss
