* Revert "[PM-26454] Undo removal of core-js to fix dynamic import errors (#890)"

This reverts commit 7c27202dab.

This removes the core-js dependency again, because restoring it did not fix the bug.

* Downgrade googleapis to 149 to avoid ESM issue

* Exclude googleapis from updates
