Rework Crowdin Integration (#1275)

* Updating the Crowdin push process

* removing the test code in the check-failures job

* Adding a scheduled trigger to the crowdin-pull workflow

* switching the crowdin pull schedule to Friday instead of Saturday

* fixing a indentation issue
