ec61f1861d Add a ProxyKmipClient demo for the DeriveKey operation 
This change adds a demo for the ProxyKmipClient, demonstrating how
to derive keys in a variety of ways, including via encryption,
hashing, HMAC, PBKDF2, and NIST 800 108-C.
