Nick Craig-Wood fee8f21ce1 pcloud: Add example hostnames to configurator and more docs - Fixes #4493 
When using `rclone authorize` the hostname doesn't get set in the
config file.

This commit allows it to be set in the configurator and gives the user
a hint that it needs setting.
