Kaloyan Raev af260921c0 storj: update storj.io/uplink to v1.12.0 ...

The improved upload logic is active by default in uplink v1.12.0, so the
`testuplink.WithConcurrentSegmentUploadsDefaultConfig(ctx)` is not
required anymore.
