This PR creates a new ChangePasswordComponent. The first use-case of the ChangePasswordComponent is to place it inside a new PasswordSettingsComponent, which is accessed by going to Account Settings > Security.
The ChangePasswordComponent will be updated in future PRs to handle more change password scenarios.

Typescript 5.5 is supported by our existing Angular version and the next major. Since there are some breaking changes we're creating a separate PR to handle this upgrade and tackling the breaking changes.
TS seems to have changed how they type infer boolean conditions and it infers into type is which means the overloaded function has a different signature. Explicitly marking the return type as boolean makes the TS compiler happy without the behaviour changing.

Updates the InputPasswordComponent so that it can eventually be used in multiple set/change password scenarios.
Most importantly, this PR adds an InputPasswordFlow enum and @Input so that parent components can dictate which UI elements to show.

Remove deprecated TwoFactorComponentsV1 and TwoFactorOptionsComponentV1 components, related functionality (unauthUiRefreshSwap) and orphaned styles/translation messages.
This commit adds validation to check for falsey values in device 'id' and 'creationDate' fields in the device management component. This prevents potential issues when these string values are empty or otherwise evaluate to false.

The device management screen was incorrectly evaluating the truthiness of
DeviceView.type enum, causing "Invalid device data" errors when an Android
device (type = 0) was present. Changed the check to explicitly verify for
undefined values instead of truthy checks.
- Updated type checking to use explicit undefined checks
- Added translations for error messages
- Improved error handling with specific messages for missing data
