Your billing information can only be modified from the web vault.

{% warning %} Billing information for an individual premium subscription and an Organization subscription are separate areas. Updating one will not update the other. {% endwarning %}

Organization Subscriptions

  1. Log in to the web vault at https://vault.bitwarden.com
  2. Click Settings in the top navigation bar
  3. Click Organizations
  4. Select your Organization
  5. Click the Settings sub-tab below your Organization name.
  6. Select the Billing section

Individual Premium Subscriptions

  1. Log in to the web vault at https://vault.bitwarden.com
  2. Click Settings in the top navigation bar
  3. Select the Billing section
