build: remove integration tests which are too slow

This removes

- TestCompressSwift: - never finishes - too slow - we have TestCompressS3 instead
- TestCryptSwift: - never finishes - too slow - we have TestCryptS3 instead
- TestChunkerChunk50bBox: - often times out - covered by other tests
